If you still need to exchange or return your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, put in the subject ͞Exchange or Return and inform the order code and the reason. For exchanges, the period is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product. The deadline for requesting the return of the order is 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the order.
Products to be exchanged or returned must be labeled, in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories and without any sign of use.
When we receive your part, it will be sent for analysis so that we can certify that the above standards have been met.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ANALYSIS
In the event of a defect, a claim can be made within 90 days after receipt of the purchase. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
The product will undergo an analysis with a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days for the solution. If there is no repair of the product or another similar product in stock to replace, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
Waiwai Rio is exempt from exchanging or repairing any product where misuse has been found.
